III - PARTNERS' CLUB
PARTNERS' CLUB : permanent structure created for industrial partners
- Industrial partners constitute about 25% among the members of the GDR
- Gathers more than 20 French leading organizations (ELF, EDF, THOMSON...)
AIMS :
- To facilitate the transfer of fundamental research carried out in academic
laboratories toward applied areas
- To handle suggestions and proposals for creating new working groups and
projects
Nota bene :
The Partners' Club participates to the financial support of the GDR
V - SIMPA LIBRARY
Signal and IMage software PAckages
WHAT IS SIMPA
A library of Signal and Image processing routines and databases which is
a product of the collaborative effort conducted within the GDR - ISIS
AIMS
* facilitate the exchange of softwares within the GDRTdSI members and in
the next future with the European groups.
* promote the transfer of these softwares to industry
SIMPA PROCESSING ROUTINES
SIMPA contains about 200 routines

EUROPE AND MEDITERRANEAN COOPERATION
ISIS has developped strong links with the major labs in Signal and Image
Processing in Europe. ISIS is exerting efforts :
- to contribute to set up : an EUROPEAN ISIS -
- to cooperate with emerging networks in TUNISIA AND MOROCCO
